Rectober Continues! This is my second post of Rec offerings for the month. All are Harry/Draco this time, and most come from currently anonymous fests. I hope you'll love these fics as much as I did!

Title: The Joys of Nature

Contains: Contains mention of intimate activities not normally conducted up a tree. The use of Madam Bronzina's tanning oil contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
Summary: Harry finds himself in a tight place when Draco Malfoy unexpectedly steals his sunny patch and proceeds to soak up all the rays.
Word Count: 2500
Why I loved it: This fic is cracky in all the good ways.. without actually being crack. It's cute and sweet, but also incredibly hot to the point of GUH! Read it, leave the author a lot of love.

Contains: Explicit sex. Possibly some 'Americanism'. Author may be obsessed with Dirty Dancing.
Summary: It’s raining and Harry is bored, he’s about to watch a film when Draco comes knocking on the door!
Word Count: 2600
Why I loved it: Harry and Draco going gaga over Patrick Swayze in Dirty Dancing… how can you go wrong? It's cute and funny, hot and sexy. I just loved it. It left me wearing a big grin afterwards and shaking my head at Harry's bad puns.

Pairing(s): Sirius/Remus
Rating: NC-17
Contains: Canonical character death of James and Lily Potter, Rough Sex, Fingering, Biting, Moony/Padfoot sex, Belting
Summary: When the moon came, it was the easiest of all
Word Count: 1400
Why I loved it: Now, I really don't read Sirius/Remus often. It's just not my thing, but this fic… I gave it a shot since it was short and I'm so glad I took a chance. It's written beautifully. Like… the words really put you right in there, feeling the tension and the anger, loathing, hurt. Give it a try, even if it's not your thing, you may find a gem.

Title: Our Relationship Quantified in Five Boxes
Pairing(s): Harry/Draco
Rating: NC-17
Contains: mentions of underage sex and mpreg
Summary: Draco has been announced dead and the wizarding community finds out that Harry is the sole recipient of all of Draco’s possessions, his flat, etc. Harry doesn’t understand why. They’ve not spoken in nearly six years.
Word Count: 3700
Why I loved it: This fic starts out by making you wibble and perhaps even weep, and then it gets beautiful. I loved how the author turned my super major angsty depressing prompt into a lovely story with the sweetest of endings.

Title: Keep Your Shirt On
Pairing(s): Harry/Draco
Rating: PG
Contains: cuteness overload. Comic style art.
Summary: Harry inherits a house with too many pests, and Draco Malfoy is a young man with entirely too much time on his hands.
Why I loved it: I adore this artist's style more than I can say. It's reminiscent of Edward Gorey, but without the doom and gloom. Her Harry and Draco have some real chemistry brewing between them, you can feel it as the story progresses. Ron and Hermione are fantastic in their characterisations in their brief appearance. Take a look at this art and you'll understand. I'm too sleep deprived to be coherent in this rec, but the art sells itself.

Title: As They Always Were
Pairing(s): Harry/Draco, past Harry/Ginny
Rating: PG-13
Contains: Ginny plays the role of the villain; I tried to make her believable and I don’t see it as bashing, but others might disagree.
Summary: Harry needed help and Hermione believed it would help him, so she kept quiet about it even though it felt wrong.
Word Count: 1450
Why I loved it: This fic says so much without the characters saying anything at all. I think the story is brilliant and the characterisations believable. I encourage you to give it a read. I don't want to spoil the story by going on too much, but it does end happily.

Title: Trust
Pairing(s): Harry/Draco
Rating: NC-17
Contains: nudity, sexy times, light bondage
Why I loved it: It's hard for me to put this into words. The art is gorgeous. It's realism done with pencils. The postures and faces express the trust involved between these two men and hint at the devotion they have for one another. I adore their jaws, nipples, fingers, toes, abs, and manly bits a wee bit much, but there you have it.
