When I was 18, I was hit by a car while crossing the street (in a crosswalk), but the seconds before the car hit me, felt like time slowed down and I was able to make a choice. I could jump up, or I could go down.. I chose to jump. I jumped onto the hood right as it struck and then when it came to a stop finally, protected my head and did like a stage tumble as I went flying off.. but landing.. Felt like the world turned inside out and death was sitting on my chest.. and then I was all right again... able to give my information to the paramedics and all.. I ended up with a hairline fracture to my pelvis and wrist from where I jumped onto the car and a bit of road rash on the side of my face, shoulder and back ...
Handcuffs.. I've not had them put on against my will... I'll leave it at that. ;) Though... I do have a belt that fastens with a set of handcuffs. >.>
